Kit voiture sans fil Bluetooth Car Transmitter avec chargeur voiture USB

It works but unfortunately it's' too quiet. With the car stereo maxed I can use it well enough to hear a call or bluetooth music from phone but if wind and road noise are moderately bad it's impossible to use.

Seems OK but can't really use it well yet. The main issue is that after I plugged it in and opened Chrome or Firefox everything is now Chinese language! Using the Google search returns Chinese websites.... How does this get changed?
