Bluetooth connection is hit or miss with this keyboard. Number 7 and letter C keys are not working. Many other media, brightness & volume control keys don't work for Windows as claimed in the description. I am not sure what is wrong with PrimeCables/Shopper+ products these days. Bought this keyboard as the previously bought keyboard (different model) from PrimeCables was received defective. Disappointed that even this keyboard (a different model) is defective too. This is now getting very frustrating as the electronic products on Shopper+ are getting degraded in quality and buyers now have to go to the hassles of returning the products and needless to say that wasting the time. Once used to be a quality product seller now seems to sell the junk which contributes to the e-waste. Guess I now have to look elsewhere for my needs. Very unhappy.

I really wanted to like it, but this is so high. Not like a real travel pillow. Also, the outer material is synthetic which I am not comfortable with.

There are a couple of things I want to share on this item. First of all, I had purchased this item to be given as a gift. But the flask was sent only in its own original box with invoice copy glued (in a sticky plastic bag) badly to it including on the opening of the box. Also, the Canadapost labels and stickers are glued on the original box. So I can't gift it as the box is not suitable for that purpose. Now the only option is to keep with me. Today I put some hot water in it and after 3 hours, the water was almost at room temperature. Not sure if it had some leakage and lost vacuum between walls (issue with the quality control). The only use of this is to keep normal water at the bedside table now. So I am not pleased with this product. The positive is, this flask looks good in brushed stainless steel and has a large capacity.
