Ok so the description says you need to take the chip from the old toner, and yes I read that. The instructions that came with this new toner on how to do so were terrible. It mentions a chip removal tool which does not come with the toner, nor could I find it for sale on this website... The chip is absolutely tiny and very well secured. For any of you reading this, what ended up working well is we used a Leatherman file tool to very gently and slowly file from the outside edge and filed off one of the ridges holding the chip, we then had to use a knife point to jar it loose. Also make note or take a good picture of which way is up so you can put it in the new toner the correct way. In the end we got it in and working but it is not worth the hassle, I can definitely see people accidentally damaging the OEM chip without the proper tool which maybe doesn't exist??

Good: -Structurally, this mount is just fine. -Price. Bad: -The assembly instructions are pathetic, I was really disappointed in that portion. They are really small and lack almost any detail showing what lines up with what and which face is up. Parts are numbered but then for instance the instructions do not say where wing #1 goes and which side goes up. There are some non essential finish cover pieces that do not clip on well at all. -Adjusting for plumb and level are not easy. There are 3 nuts that attach the back plate to the arm. The act of tightening these nuts will turn it out of level. Also the arm is not perfectly straight so if you have the arm extended so you can access the back, level it good there, them put it into the final position, it will now be not level. All in all a bit frustrating and awkward, I still have more tweaks to do to it.

No discernible difference vs the stock toner. The delivery was very fast. These are nearly as cheap as the cheapest versions on "the big online retailer" but comes with a warranty, what more can you ask for?
