Looks nice and the cats like it, but it will not stand up to cat usage for very long. Alredy the lining has holes and is coming off the frame. The "rope" section for scratching also isn't very durable and is quickly showing wear. The toys (ball on the stick) do not stay in and on first use by the cat, the ball was ripped off.

Product fits and is compatabile, but lifetime of the product is terrible compared to genuine epson parts. Purchased this thinking it would be an economical alternative, but it is already full after just over 1 month of use. Go with the epson product as this is not worth it as you have to replace it too often.

Bought for my husband and he uses it daily for relief. Granted he uses it throughout the day, but it appears that the battery is not holding a charge as well as it did when we first purchased so hoping it doesn't get any worse with use. Heat for the heat therapy is very minimal.

Nice that they lock when not needed, but they do not pull the staples out well and often break a piece leaving a small piece of staple remaining.

Bought these for my husband as added wrist support as he is dealing with carpal tunnel symptoms and he says they offer great support while allowing for various ranges of motion.

Rack is not very sturdy without and especially with weight. Additionally, the height doesn’t stay as put despite being tightened as much as it can be. The rack does look nice so it it was just to display a few items it would be nice and functional, but not recommended for storage.
