Pistolet à fascia à percussion musculaire avec 6 têtes de massage

I received my first Muscle Percussion Fascia Gun before Christmas and it didn't work. I am rating the replacement which works great and we really like it. Now i am going to rate customer service at a four. It was mostly a good experience. I logged in and told them it didn't work. Within 24 hours Shopperplus got back to me and wanted a video or a picture of the Gun. I don't know why they wanted that but i took a short video and tried to attach it to my reply. It didn't work. For some reason their web site won't accept a video that they asked for. I made the video quite small, less than what they wanted and still would not accept. Finally sent them a couple of pictures and it sent off OK. I also said I wanted to replace rather than get my money back as it was on a good sale. They got back to me in a couple of days, sent me a mailing label and said they would credit my payment method. I immediately ordered another as it was still at sale price. Its not hard to figure out what happened next, instead of giving me a credit like they said they would they sent me the item again. After getting a hold of customer service again they immediately emailed me a return label and I returned the package to them. Customer service was generally quite good with a bit of a mix up, therefore a four rating as they were really good to deal with, very prompt with a few rough edges.
