Don't actually "hate" anything, so chose "Don't Like It" (2 Stars). I purchased 2 sets of these print cartridges. The cartridges caused my printer to stop working. I tried all cartridges with the same result. I returned the cartridges. My printer still doesn't work. I had to purchase another printer. Thanks Shopper+ for selling a product that ruined my printer. Would like to give it 0 stars.

So far, the cartridges are compatible with my printer (previous purchases of non-HP printer ink cartridges have turned out not to be compatible and therefore a waste of money). Ink looks the same and works the same, so I'm happy with the purchase and will buy again, when the need arises! Thanks.
