Chaise de bureau ergonomique en maille à dossier haut avec accoudoirs relevables, noir - Moustache®

Wish the back could be raised or lowered as the lumbar support is too low, which makes the seat smaller. The lumbar support does not line up with my lower back and prevents me from being to sit fully on the seat. If not for that, the chair would be perfect. The roller wheels are very quiet and roll smoothly, and there are no squeaks when moving around. I like that the arm rests can be raised so the chair can be pushed up snug to the desk.

Thank you for your detailed feedback, Kimberley! We're glad to hear you enjoy the smooth, quiet casters and the flip-up armrests. We're sorry the lumbar support hasn't been the best fit for your body — everyone's posture and proportions are different, and we understand this can be frustrating. The chair's backrest is designed to conform to the natural curve of the spine, but we acknowledge that individual fit may vary. Please reach out to our customer support team if you need any help. We truly appreciate your honest review!

I have ordered these before and am extremely satisfied with them. They are just as good as the brand name toner at a significantly lower price!
