The four (4) bottles of Refill Ink arrived in good order and condition. But there is no accompanying instructions as to how to refill the ink into the cartridges. I have written to www.123Ink.ca for assistance and I am waiting for their instructions.

I bought the last three (3) of these POP 2.0 Rectangle Medium Containers - OXO. These containers are really good. Air-tight and easy to open. i recommend this product, but it is out of stock at the moment.

This Label Tape looks good, but I have not used it yet. Therefore, I cannot honestly comment on its quality. This Tape is a backup or spare for the existing original Brother Label Tape that I am using. George.

This Scotch Tape is good and sticky, but the plastic dispenser is only one side. There is no other side. The dispenser looks odd.

Someone scribbled a number "13" on the front page of the NOTEBOOK, which I dislike. The pages are thin and writings in ink seeped to the other side of the page. I am disappointed.

This Notebook stated that the pages are refillable but I am unable to do so. The pages are thin and writings in ink seeps to the other side of the page. I do not like it and I am disappointed.

These paper clips serve their purposes well. However, I really do not require 100 pcs. It would have been better if a box would contain lesser quantity of paper clips and priced accordingly.

The “red” mechanical pencil lead is smooth, but the red color is very light. It would be much better if it is a deeper and darker red. It is just okay.

I ordered one box containing 10 reams of this product. Unfortunately the box came damaged and was held together by polystyrene tapes. The inner wrappers were torn. Of the 10 reams ordered, 2 reams were unusable. The other 8 reams were okay and I used Scotch Tapes and masking tapes to repacked the product. When I wrote to Shopperplus, they were helpful and agreed to refund the 2 reams of unusable products. This is fair and I appreciate their efforts.
