This is an overall good chair. The backrest is high enough to support and be comfortable for the user. The adjustable lumbar support could be redesigned to be more supportive in the right places for the user. The wheels roll fast, so that can be a good and bad thing for the user. Just be careful it doesn't roll away from you before you sit down. The 'vegan leather' is durable for the price point it is listed at but could be improved.

It comes with multiple pieces to create a custom height that you need and allows me to tuck the keyboard under the stand to create more desk working area. The large surface area allows items to easily accessible. The indent in the front is great for holding papers while trying to transcribe on the computer. Great purchase.
