Hugo R reviews

The price is right but although it says "10/Pack", they all come loose inside the box bouncing against other items and the result is damaged edges and black marks. I wish they would come in a package or at least packed together rather than single rolls.

Nice toy and good price compared to more advanced tools. Great for beginners but the feed control is very coarse and relative long delay in the flow makes it somehow difficult to achieve good results. Needs lots of practice and steady hands but after a while you will enjoy it. The instructions, although simple, need a better translation.

When it says "10/pack" you would expect a box with 10 rolls. They came loose in a large box with other items and the edges of 2 rolls were damaged. Good price but should pay more attention to the shipping.

It feels thinner than other 20lbs and not brighter/whiter than 92. Still, excellent for everyday printing and a good value when on sale.

I've been using your cartridges for many years. In general they are fine but lately they seem to have a shorter lifetime (and I'm not printing more than I did before). Are they filled with less ink? I hope it is just a coincidence and not a trend.

Réponse de notre service à la clientèle

Dear customer ,thanks for your kind reviews .Normally it can print up to 840 Pages at 5% coverage .If you got less than that quantity ,could you try the following instructions please ?Please try removing the cartridge from the printer. Make sure all the sealing tapes are removed. Hold it with a paper towel lightly damped with warm distilled water in one hand. With your other hand, blot the print head by pressing it into the towel a couple of times. This way, you will remove any dried ink on the print head surface. There should be a uniform, solid ink pattern on towel. If this does not solve the problem, place the cartridge into a shallow saucer of hot distilled water for around 5 to10 minutes so as to help loosen the dried ink on the ink jets. Then, try blotting it again. If there is a uniform, solid ink pattern on towel, dry off the cartridge and put it back in the printer. The ink may appear lighter because of the water. In order to clear it out, a few blots and a test page will help. If the above instructions can not help ,please feel free to contact us back as we cover one year warranty .You can reach our 24 hours customer service at 18669797463 or sending a live chat or inquiries to us .We could replce it or refund the price .Best regards

Good value for the price but it slides a little too rough and not always comes back to zero when closing. A good buy for home use but would not recommend it for a shop.
