Great speedy services. I recieved my order faster than I thoight i would get it during a lockdown pandemic. Although i have purchaed and LOVED this producr in the past I need to return it this time. My old printer is having trouble using the ink this time. I actually dont thinknits the fault of this ink. I think its because of my printer. In the beginning none of the colours were working. After removing and restalling and doing about 10 cleanings i finally got the magenta and yellow to work. The black and blue dont want to work. I did everything but throw the printer on the floor to get it to work. I upgrade the software, did more cleanings and i cant. I spent an entire night off trying to get it to work. With my newer printer, it took about 1 hour to get it to work. After about 5 cleanings, she work great, with the same moustache brand of ink. I rated it 4 of 5. Because i truly believe in the product... i think its my print is a fault and not the ink. It will be interesting to experience the return/refund department of this company as of all my purchases.... i have never had to return anything yet.

I have used these compatible ink refills several times now and am very happy with them. I refer them to everyone that I know who has a printer. Even our local Food Bank . They are less than half the price of the brand name ones but have the same quality. I highly recommend anyone to try them!
