The first colour cartridge didn't work properly from the outset it was producing just one 'greenish' colour blob, which you replaced at no charge...thank you , however the second initially worked fine, but after a short time the yellow colour stopped working and any colour printing produced now just has a blue /red look to it. Sorry, whilst your prices are fair and reasonable, the colour cartridge doesn't give me the confidence needed to purchase others from you.

I use these for my PRIMERA DISC PUBLISHER and the OEM cartridges are $50.00 each and reconditioned are $30.00. I tried these for the first time and to my surprise the first run of CD's was equal to and/or better than I am used to!!! The results were AMAZING! Obviously, if my costs go down-the profits go up.

I have ordered 6 cartridges from this company. While 4 of the cartridges worked fine, two of them were faulty. Customer service seemed focused on the fact that this was a compatibility issue even though 4 cartridges had worked perfectly. See the picture to see the print test of the two faulty cartridges. Ink cartridges can be unpredictable, they dry out, or can have other issues. I would not order from this company, as they do not stand behind their faulty products.

Read me the rating on 26 cartridge with the same complaint I needed 26 black and a 27 colour. I received two colour and no black. In your description on this request for a rating both the 26 and the 27 say colour, and I received two 27 colour and no black. Very confusing and very inconvenient as I cannot use my printer without the black

I haven't actually tried it because I ordered a 26 and a 27 and what I received was two of the 27 colour and no 26 black. I noticed that both products you wear asking for ratings on they colour ink cartridge even though 1 is 26 and 1 is 27. Very confusing so I haven't used then yet
