Very good service on this item. Original yellow was defective. We made it work temporarily, but then the problem started up again. Thus far the replacement has been trouble-free. As an aside, the printer itself is having difficulty printing straight lines (horizontal or vertical, depending on the orientation of the image to paper. Some people blame the use of generic ink cartridges. But this seemed to have started with the download of a government produced document (e.g. a tax form). I think the printer may get "confused" with certain files that come in. The maintenance program in the printer is supposed to help straighten out the problem, and I have tried using it before. It did not improve printout substantially. But then, one day, it fixed itself, almost as if the printer software "learned" how to print straight. Now the same problem has cropped up again.

I don't know since when I started buy ink-refills from 123inkcartridges. My safe guess would be since 2009/2010 at that time did not register account properly therefore this account doesn't show the correct history. Bought ink refills for my friends also. I used to go to local ink refill stores but started having ink leakage issues also most every time. Came across 123inkcartridges and reluctantly ordered, worrying about not having the option to walking into the store if there was a problem with the ink cartridge. Luckily that time has not came.
