I never received the order!!! I placed this toner and I have been waiting for 3 weeks, no response! Call the customer service and they told me that they will have to file an investigation with the Canada Post and I will have to phone them first to make sure that they shipped out the parcel, WTF, if you have problem with dealing with your logistic partner, why would you trust and use their service, instead of making your customers to contact for you??? This is not logical, I won't order from you anymore !!!

I have to say that I'm beginning to be very disappointed lately. I didn't have a problem with this particular cartridge but I ordered the TN-210BK (Black) BRAND NEW and it was empty. Of course I couldn't see if it was full or not because it wasn't the one that you can see through. I thought something was wrong with my printer because it wasn't printing clearly. Brought it to a technician and after $125.00, was told that my black cartridge was defective. Anyway, I need to reorder the black and cyan now and I'm thinking twice if I should order again with your company.

Have been using these replacement cartridges for years with no real issues. So lots of money saved versus buying the Brother OEM versions.
