Fast shipping and works as advertised! I initially got the "Ink not recognized" error on my printer, but several On/Off attempts seemed to do the trick. There is no longer any errors as of yet. I've done several printing "tests" and not surprisingly, there is absolutely no difference from this ink to the OEM ink. I'm actually kicking myself for not doing my research prior, because I've been spending close to $40 for the black ink alone for the OEM version for many years. I only came across this site because Bestbuy was sold out of this OEM ink, and a simple google search gave me this site. I am a firm believer now that this is excellent quality ink at a fraction of the OEM price. Also this is a Canadian business which I will 100% support! :D

I have always been very satisfied with the quality of the products that you provide (In my case ink cartridges) but what is even more impressive is your service. My orders always arrive promptly but even before they arrive in my mail box I am kept well informed as to the delivery status of my order via email. Another impressive part of your delivery is your packaging which is so efficient. It may seem strange commenting on packaging that really should not have any impact on me as a customer - but it does. Any delivery that does not fit into my mail box requires that I have to pick it up at the post office myself - or if delivered by other means - may require that I pick it up at a warehouse. My orders just sit in my mail box waiting for me to collect them. If I do have have the odd question dealing with your company your staff have always looked after my enquities promptly and in a very courteous manner. I have always felt that your company is one the most impressive companies I have ever dealt with and would say this independently even if you had not asked for comments on your service. Have this ink in my Epson printer (WF3540) since I first started using the printer in Port Hardy ( circa 2010) printer still functioning and the quality when using “best” mode is superb. Pleased with the printer (kudos Epson) and the Moustache ink!!
