I was having yellow streaking on my documents, after cleaning various components I realized maybe I should change the yellow cartridge, the change did the trick and corrected the problem. On the negative side the delivery was delayed by the carrier by one or two days and when delivered was left the neighbor's doorstep. The bottom line all is well that ends well.

It works perfectly . I have been ordering for the same product in the past 7 years and had never any complaint. I have saved a lot by doing this, as I really do not think that I would have got a lot more, if I were to purchase the original manufacture's replacement item that costs more than 250%. I recommend those who are sitting on the fence to start saving by purchasing this product. I am an end user!

Have not received order. Usually have my order 2 days after placing the order. Order was shipped by UPS and they just keep moving the delivery date 2 hours after the last promised deliver time. Now 3 more days. Typical UPS BS. Time to move on!
