I have been buying ink from 123 Ink for many years now! I find the ink to be the same quality as the printer brand but at a fraction of the cost!!!! I stalk up so that I don't run out, and when my old printer died, all I had to do was contact the company, have my receipt for the ink and they exchanged it for ink that was for my new printer! No fuss no muss! I believe there was once that I had a cartridge that did not work. Again, I contacted the company, had my receipt and they exchanged it for me with no hassle. One of the things I like about the ink for my printer is that you can actually see inside the cartridge...........and yes, it is empty when the printer says it is empty! I would highly recommend this ink to anyone with a printer! Manufacturers will say that any ink but the ones they sell will "damage" the printer.............not so! A very satisfied customer!

I received 10 ink cartridges within 2 days very impressive. BUT after I replaced all 3 color cartridges in my Canon MX722 printer I printed a photo and the colors were not true at all. i sent the printed photo and the original photo to 123inkcartridges and have not heard back. So I am not pleased at all with this product and would not recommend it. I hope I can return all cartridges and get my money back. Prior to placing the order I called 123ink cartridges to make sure I was ordering the correct product. I would have expected they would tell me to return the defective cartridges and send me the Canon cartridges. I don't mind paying the difference. To me this is a ZERO star since it doesn't work properly.
