The combo set was delivered quickly and there were no problems. I have been a bit concerned about shipping when temperatures fall below the freezing point, but here again I have not experienced any problems so maybe it is just needless worry. I generally stick with the OEM cartridges because I had some problems with knock-off cartridges on a different printer using another type of cartridge. Quite simply, the printer didn't recognize those other cartridges and it required a bit of messing around to get them to work properly. Using OEM cartridges, I don't think you can go wrong. PS - I also like to order during the times when free shipping is offered as the combo pack doesn't meet the standard $49.00 minimum charge for free shipping.

I love the convenience of ordering online. My previous purchases are saved, so I don't even have to search for the product. I simply go to my purchase history and click "re-order". The package is usually available for pick-up at my metro station within 36 hours, and because I do the metro pick-up option, I don't have to pay for shipping! I wish everything could be that simple!! The cartridge itself is quick and easy to install, and yields excellent results.

I am satisfied with my order, it is everything that I wanted it to be.

These are the correct cartridges but the expiry dates on them are only two months away. When I have purchased these in the past, the expiry dates are usually up to a year or more away.

Nice to see you are now carrying genuine hp cartridges, the only ones that will work in my printer.
