I had a problem with this company, several days ago I tried to order their phone system to order this cartrdige pack, first of all, their phone system is never available, you will never get the chance to talk to the CR agent, so I browsed their live chat look for help, still the same thing, I was pissed. If you are offering your service to your people, then you need to make sure that you will have able to pick up the phone line or answer the inquiry, otherwise, TURNS THESE SITE FEATURES OFF, eventually I reached the CRM manager and I reported to them this issue, they offered me a 10% off coupon code as compensation, I refused, and I won't come back !!!!

I want to say thank you to 123.incartridges.ca. Your generic product brand "moustache! is an incredible product and allow my customers to save a lot of money. For the same amount of paper printer, for the same quality provided and expected, your products kick the competition. You offer a fast and reliable shipping service. Also, the customer service is really pleasant to contact and the staff is really well trained. With a good garanty for the product, my customers are super happy. Thanks!

Great price. Great product

Always the best price. Great product

After 3 or 4 cleaning cycles, the printer finally started to print reasonably well with this ink. The density is less than Original Manufacturers Ink, but results are acceptable given the significant savings.
