This is the same OEM product you would purchase from any other office supplies company, but at a much better price. This is the first time I ordered this drum from here and it won't be the last. It arrived at our business 4 days after placing the order. The packaging was in perfect condition and the product inside was undamaged. It has been working in our printer flawlessly since installing. We only purchase original authentic Manufacturer parts for our Brother Printer. Our local stationary store was out of stock on the toner for our printer.
