Ordered this as a replacement for a drum and ink package that I purchased 4 years ago - I used up both cartridges and found that the drum assembly was cracked when I opened it. I contacted support about the cracked drum after ordering these, and they sent me a replacement, but the CSR was needlessly ignorant and condescending so I won't be back. Remind your service personnel, they represent your brand. It would have been better to just say the item was out of warranty than imply that your customers are too stupid to recognize that an ink cartridge is incompatible and dishonest enough to bother lying about it to get a part they have already reordered from you. If you hire people that are disposed to arguing, you will continue to lose clients.unsubscribing from your marketing materials and not returning.

often when you are printing, you run out of toner, not realizing the drum needs to be replaced too! I love that you can order both items in the combo pack. the installation is so simple & easy and only takes a minute to open up the printer, pull out the old drum and toner and replace it with the moustache brand!! Don't be afraid to order because it is not the name brand; the quality and value is far superior than brand item!! love this combo, quality and price!!
