Built like a tank ! I needed to mount 2 older Samsung square monitors that are relatively heavier than most monitors of the same size. I needed to mount this on an ikea desk that has a center hole for cable management. I could not use the clamp mounting system since the desk has a solid back so I was planning on just using the bolt-through mounting. However, when the unit arrived, I was pleasantly surprised that I could mount in without drilling a hole. I mock mounted it using the following configuration: Pole (PB) > Desk clamp Part 1 (PC), the desk itself with the large hole > base plate (PF), Pad (PG) and then the bolt part of the desk clamp part 2 (PD). See illustration. At first I was concerned that the stand will not be secure but upon hand tightening, everything stayed put and worked. I would not be able to move or budge the pole. It is very secure ! This mounting worked for me because parts PC and PF were slightly bigger than the hole and were able to clamp around tightly around the hole. The mounting itself is built very well. Black textured powder coating on everything. All the parts fit without any issues and the arms articulate smoothly. The arms include 2 cable management clips each (total of 4) and the pole has a wire guide as well. This wire guide doubles as a holder for the allen wrenches (3 included / see red arrow) for adjusting the tensions. Enough bolts and washers for the most common vesa hole sizes (M4x8 and M5x10mm). Everything is included in the package except a 10mm wrench for adjusting the bolts for the vesa tilt mounting. For the price you cannot go wrong with this dual monitor mount. It works very well and should outlast your monitors.

Disappointed. Very hard to adjust arms once monitors are on and made from cheap parts. The manual fasteners are very cheap plastic. The one that secures the monitor on the stand snapped in half when barely turning it. I contacted support within the first month of having it and they said they'd send new ones but never received any. Still waiting.
