Don't waste your time with any other doorbell. My landlord had installed 2 other sets that didn't quite have the range needed for my 3rd floor apt. This one has the necessary range, pairs easily, and doesn't require batteries. Best of all, the transmitters don't need batteries either (powered by the force of pressing the button).

Ordered as an add-on transmitter to matching receiver. Easy pairing and good range.

So much easier to keep my fridge cleaned and organized.

should not sell it alone. description is poor in that it is hard to know what receiver goes with it. and how can i buy that. useless on its own.

This isn't a doorbell. It's one part of a doorbell. If you don't have a receiver this is useless.
