I had purchased two monitors a few years ago eventually wanting to mount them. Not realizing they didn't have VESA mounts built-in I had initially thought I would need to buy new monitors. Once I found these i was overjoyed as they didn't require me to fork out a bunch of money for new monitors. Only catch is you need to watch how they mount on the back as they can cover the output ports. Thankfully on my LG monitors I use HDMI and was able to work it so it didn't cover the port, however, this could be an issue depending on what brand of monitor you are using.

Excellent product for monitors without a VESA mount. As noted in the product description the arms may cover ports, so check against product pictures first. Documentation states it should not be used to rotate vertically (the clamps are effectively friction fit) but if you're willing to live on the edge with something soft under the monitor in case it slips, it works fine.
