This riser will literally save my back! As a graphic designer I spend the majority of my working day sitting in front of my computer. Having suffered from lower back issues over the years it was recommended by my chiropractor to look into an alternative solution and after doing a bit of research I came upon the Prime Cables website. This riser was delivered within a couple of days and comes pretty much ready to go right out of the box! I was worried about the height of the riser fully extended as I am 6' 5" but after putting the riser on top of my 28" height desk I was pleasantly surprised to find it was the perfect height. From desk top to the top of the extended riser top it adds another 19.5" (or from floor to the top of the extended riser 4'in total). The only adjustment I had to make is to slightly tilt my screen back - but this was just slightly adjusted. I did opt for the compression mat to stand on as it will only add to the overall comfort. This product is great so far and my co-workers are getting a bit jealous but I will be spreading the word for sure. Thanks again! Robert Hollaman - A very satisfied customer.

We had ordered one mat along with the ergo standing desk. Good quality, but not tested in use. It was good. Ordered another 3 mats. These were badly damaged in supply, or transport, or in packaging. Patrick, in customer service was great. After sending photos of damagaed mats, he immediatley sent us the replcementnts and a return label for the damaged mats. We are presently using them in the kitchen. Well worh it. Tested now for 3 mounths. Highly recommended.

Good size, easy to move out of the way when not required. Padding is thick enough that provides support, but not to thick where you feel off balance.

Did not receive delivery and no response from Prime Cables. Horrible Customer Service!
