Shipment was fast. The printing quality is very good. I ordered the 2-pack-great value for money, however one pack was damaged probably during shipment but no worries; a replacement was immediately shipped after informing them about it. I highly recommend this product.

These generic toner cartridges for our HP4050TN printer work flawlessly. While the packaging may be generic, the quality of print is perfect. We do a lot of in-house printing of flyers and brochures. These cartridges save us many hundreds of dollars. They do have a slightly stronger aroma when doing larger print runs, but we just crack a window. Highly recommend.

I am VERY UNHAPPY with the product you supplied me. I installed the first cartridge, and within 20 printed sheets, think black lines began being randomly printed across the printed page, and have not gone away since. The second of two cartridges remains unopened. The thought of investigating how to return the product and all the hassle involved makes me ill. I consider this purchase a total waste of my money. Any suggestion for remedy would be very much appreciated.

The price of these toners can't be beat! I got the 2 pack for less then the price of 1 elsewhere. Great quality too, they last a long time!
