The chair in itself is comfortable and can accommodate a big and/or tall person; however, I had to order the seat again because it came broken. This is a design flaw. The levers for the chair are controlled by cables, much like the gear changing cables on bicycle. The problem is that where these cables connect to the chair hardware are not very well protected and can easily break. Needs a redesign with this.

bit more stuffed than expected, I'm getting used to it ! Assembly went easily. adjustments (height and tilt, of whole seat and back) convenient. lacks independent back tilt but that's ok. The biggest negative (and it's NOT the chair), was delivery by UPS. They showed up a day early with NO warning, UPS website showed it in warehouse wating to be delivered. I had to go to local pickup to obtain package. When I returned home and checked website it still showed the package sitting in warehouse waiting to go out for delivery.

Good quality and comfortable like sitting in a sofa. I don't give it full mark because it missing accessories, screws and key inside for assembling. It toke another week to receive them.

Bought this same chair several years ago. Best chair I own. I’m a big guy and this chair is super comfortable and fits me well. I’m sitting in it as i write this review.

Big and comfortable, I purchased second one for my home office.

Fantastic chair, very comfortable, easy for two people to assemble. arrived very quickly
