I almost gave this a bad review lol make sure to turn the bottom part until it "locks". It kept popping off until I realized I had to twist the treat hatch more. Super low price, works well for what it is!

It’s a bit too heavy for a cat to play with their paws, so at first they just touched it slightly and found it wouldn’t move so they ignored it for several days. Until one day, one of my cats, who loooooves eating and will do anything for food, accidentally pushed the ball with her face. She now gets the trick and push the ball with her face to get the food. The other cat still hasn’t get it. Maybe not the perfect toys for every cats…
