This is an exceptionally nice kit for the price! All the pieces (resistance bands, cords and grips) are very good quality and it even comes in a nice carrying bag to keep everything together. I love the rubber piece that the cords go through to secure to a door (just put over the top of the door and shut the door tight), it leaves no marks and can be easily place and removed every time.

As good as elastic bands can be I guess. It's just sad that you can't create two equal sets without buying a complete second set (because 10 + 5 is not really equal to the resistance of 15 since elastic bands add more resistance near the end). It could also feature a two-handed handle, but the product is still good for what it is

This is a handy little set with some pros and cons. I am not a huge fan of bands, so I may be too critical here. The pluses - the materials are all good for the price-range. The attachment to close in a door is long enough to be secure. The carry bag is handy if you travel with this. the minuses - the attachment for the door is floppy, so difficult to use unless you are just using the top of the door rather than the side (chest height). The bands are very long and can't be adjusted - a bent-over row is not realistically possible, for example.

These work very well, they are well made and come in a nice little pouch to put everything in.
