My sister moved into a 'flipped' house that (8 yrs. later) I noticed was missing a GFI electrical wall outlet on one kitchen counter by a sink. She didn't know about the fire & elec. shock hazards there. While.wiring is for professionals, you can buy this for them to replace you orig. IF you don't know a 'handy person' with knowledge & experience.

Very satisfied w quality, appears to be on par w store brands. Unexpected bonus, c/w: several “GFIC protected” stickers, as well as thorough, clearly written instructions/diagrams for installation. Convenient, prompt delivery to downtown metro stn dep., an excellent distinguishing service provided by this vendor. For all of these, I would purchase again and recommend to others.

works and has a little green light to indicate it is working

Screws for clamping wire are very short total useless and unsafe.
