The printer kept on rejecting the cartridges. For the last 1 month, all I am doing is just frustratingly waiting for the replacement cartridges. They have sent me 4 replacements and yet not all the INK cartridges work. But the reason I am providing a 5 Star is because of their customer service every time I reached out to them they fixed the issue by resending the package. This means they back their product well and I like that part. The ink that worked actually worked well and I couldn't see any relative difference from the original. Although the inks are little more saturated, Since I have a spectrometer so not a big deal for me as I recalibrated my profiles for those specific papers after printing. I am still waiting for the last replacement cartridges though.

I cannot tell the Ink from Shopper+ for my Epson printer, as opposed to the original ink from my Local Big Box Store. I appreciate the difference in pricing when I am busy putting together a Christmas Show...I cannot see any discrepancy in the ink quality/output from Shopper+ from the brand name inks. You have my business for sure!
