Packaged carefully and received well before expected. This TV is unexpectedly light weight for its size, and has all the usual in, out, aux, hdmi, etc., ports, along with a nice thin profile. I noted some objections to the large white screen with the PrimeCables splashed across its screen upon turning the TV on, but for me, this is a mute point given the mere few seconds it lasts. The picture quality is significantly better than what I expected (given its surprisingly low cost relative to similar sized TVs), and its resolution is crisp and sharp. Super easy to use with the included remote (and included batteries), and literally a plug and play with any streaming device (we used a firestick which simply plugs into one of the three HDMI ports). If I had to say anything negative it would be that the volume could have a little more, well, volume. Having said that, I have a slight amount of hearing loss so that could just be me! LOL!

First impression: Unbeatable for the "sale" price. I did have an issue connecting my Bell Satellite TV box - audi0 would glitch as soon as I put on-screen menu from TV on (to change picture settings, name input, etc..). After re-configuring my Bell to output PCM audio (stereo) instead of Dolby Digital; it resolved the issue. Then I changed the audio setting back to Dolby Digital and it seems fine. Audio Delay was terrible/and glitching/skipping noises until I made this change. After - perfectly synchronized. It could have ben the Bell box, however I took down my 32inch 7yr old Samsung and it didn't have that issue. The 43inch case was only very slightly larger than my old 32" TV! What a great upgrade! Overall, amazing TV for the price - with the nearest comparable at $399 from other brands. Incidentally, this TV is using the Samsung codes, so if anyone is trying to use a Harmony Remote or similar, use Samsung model #'s. Very lightweight and 200x200 Vesa Standard made it compatible with my old wall-mount. I am very happy with my purchase - now for the test of time.

OK, the ONLY reason I didn’t give this a 5 star is that it is not as sharp as a 4K. The price is light years away from a 4K also! This is a very good tv. Picture and sound are what the manufacturer claimed. The software is smooth and no glitches. We have had this for a year now with an identical unit at the cottage. Very pleased and recommend it without any hesitation.

I use this TV for an arcade machine build, and it's working great. It's good for gaming with very little ghosting. Viewing angles are good with minimal colour shift. As other reviewers have stated: the startup page is blinding white which is annoying, and the sound quality is horrible (similar to what you'd expect from your mobile phone), and the documentation is rubbish. Overall, i'd definitely recommend this if you need a TV on a budget and don't require 4k or smart TV frills. Some tips below: - If you're hooking up to a PC, set the sharpness to 0 and use "graphic" mode. Remember to set aspect to "point-to-point". - you can access a special menu using the key combination: menu, 1, 1, 4, 7 - i'd recommend turning down the backlight to 75% to reduce the likelihood of burnt out LEDs.

A great priced "dumb" TV. Works with standard VESA mounts, has a USB port for technician (or powering a USB display device).

I purchased 9 on these tv's for store display and menuing system. I had 3 just go black on me and I had to replaced them...33% failure rate so far and not even a year old. Stay away from these TV's
