I have bought the same model about 2 years ago and it works well. I use it everyday. It boils water fast. The insulation keeps the outside wall from getting too hot. So it reduces the chance of accidentally burning self from inadvertent touching. It also keeps the boiled water warm for a few hours. So I am happy to get another one as a Black Friday spin gift.

Very well built. The insulated side wall prevents one from accidentally burning self by touching it. It also keeps the boiled water inside warm for longer. There is no seam in the metallic compartment and the water inside does not touch any plastic parts at all. That's reassuring. That I got it on sale for an excellent price is an added bonus. The instruction pamphlet needs to be rewritten by someone with better English.

Works really well. I would say that the only thing I didn't like was the fact that there is not a removeable screen on the inside. I live in an area with hard water. So the screen would be helpful down the road.
