This product works so well that it not only removes the leaf but also gouges out a good amount of the core of the strawberry. I wish that it would only pluck the stem out but the arching blades force the cutting edges to dig deeper into the strawberry., and leave the fruit practically hollow. Stick to the old pairing knife!

Love this little cute thing to take the strawberry stem

Love OXO products and this kitchen tool

Works great for strawberries and tomatoes alike! My kids love strawberries and it’s easy enough to use for them too.
