Installed in washroom for light to turn on automatically. Installation was pretty straightforward needed Neutral, load, line and ground, all were available. Working perfectly. Possible to increase time and sensitivity. I had to adjust time to bit higher from 15 sec to 30 sec (it can be adjusted to 30min). It detects very slight activity as well but you should be moving slightly at least neck, hand etc as it will turn off if you are still then you have to wave you hand or move neck to reactivate it. Overall pretty sensitive and working well in washroom without any issues. For other areas like laundry room it will work like charm. It was on sale $12.74 each - great value. Ordered more.

Installed two of these, one to turn on the light in the basement as you go down the stairs, and the other one to turn off the laundry room light after I leave, typically with full hands. Installation was very easy, and the switches have been very reliable in the month since I installed them. I'd suggest to anybody puttings these in, leave the faceplate off for the first week as you dial in the settings the way you want. Otherwise you've got to do a bit of disassembly to open the settings dials. I found sensitivity in the laundry room for example needed to be turned way down so that the dryer wouldn't trigger it just by being a thing in the room at eye level that regularly warmed and cooled. But having left the faceplate off, that was an easy solve in those first couple weeks of use.

This is simple to install. The only downside (one less star) is you have to remove the cover plate first to access the settings. By default, the settings do work but to make adjustment better do it before finalizing the install.
