This little foot rest is great. I also have another foot rest, which is more like a balance board for when I stand up, but this is great for moving my feet back and forth as I’m sitting at my desk to try to bring more circulation to my legs. It’s quite sturdy too. Worth the money if you’re looking for a new foot rest.

This Footrest blew me away! Since using it (bought in March of this year), I can't say enough about it. It's just that good for me. I use the ridges on the pedals with my feet in a back and forth motion to give a massage to the them. Before getting this, I used to have leg/foot cramps and could not position my feet to be comfortable while on the computer. Having separate pedals on this Footrest, I am able to move them independently so I can position them where I want them to be. Very easy to glide back and forth. I did not need to adjust anything on it. Was the perfect height to begin with. The extra block legs stores under anyway, so it all keeps it together. The price was perfect. I am truly satisfied to date with this product.

- This is just pebkac but I find that I tend to push myself away because of the sloped angle. Having two independent panels helps with that because I can sorta lock myself in-place by having one angled the other way. - Could be improved with an anti slip mat - A little bit creaky
