We now have two fountains going in our house.. Cat loves it and is so much healthier with fresh running drinking water on both floors of our home... Yeah Catit!!!!

Only lasted for a few months! We purchased this product in July 2024 and it died in January 2025. The pump started making a terrible noise so we unplugged it and contacted Catit support. They suggested that something is stuck in the impeller and told us to take off the cover and clean it out. We took off the cover but did not find anything in the impeller (see the picture). We plugged it back in, it still made the noise, then quit completely the next day. Since then Catit support has been ignoring our emails as well as a new support ticket we tried to open. I won't be purchasing a Catit product again.
