Print, Copy, Scan and even Fax capabilities if needed; Duplex printing; Borderless; Automatic Document Feeder I have been updating my wife’s photo albums and have printed over 200 – 4” X 6” prints with no hiccups. Excellent picture quality for a printer in this price range !!! Only complaint is the tiny setup window with no backlighting which would make it 100%.

For our needs this printer fit the budget and has features we were looking for but didn't break the bank. First, Shopper plus was reasonably quick with fulfilling the order. UPS was very fast with shipping once the shipping label was created. The printer itself is multi functional. You can copy, fax, and wirelessly print. All good stuff. A con is really lousy setup instructions or where to find them. QR codes turned up dead ends not in use anymore. The LED annunciation window is small and not back lit so it's hard to see the on screen instructions it's presenting. That's all manufacturer directed issues not Shoppers plus. After ordering I found the same printer on a best buy ad for $30. Cheaper. Win some lose some. Overall no major complaints so far. It does what we want it to do. Not all features have been explored or tested yet. Not that tech savvy and I'll get to it once I find the instructions lol

The printer does print and scan. The firmware up-date failed after after numerous attempts. The wifi connection is iffy, kept dropping. While the scanner scanned it failed to send image top my PC. Overall a crappy job of set-up and software engineering. Now, as a comparison, my Pantum wireless is still connected and doesn't drop the wifi. My brother that this replaced never dropped a wifi connection. Both update firmware without problems, and set-up was 100% easier and trouble free. The Brother was replaced cause it no longer accepted Moustache ink cartridges. (Maybe I should be glad this Canon can't update firmware. Today I connected using a USB cable it still required another round of set-ups. But at least the scanner can send images to the PC now. It's only been 2 days of ownership, hopefully tomorrow I can send a job to the printer without having to re-install it. If not It goes back. I don't print often, but when I need it needs to be reliable.,

This printer replaced my TR4520 printer. The TR4720 appears to be an upgrade to my previous printer except it uses a different printer cartridge. Although the new printer rejects the cartridges used by the TR4520, the printer is identical to the 4520.

This printer really surprised me. It works great. Was a breeze to set up too. I love it!
