Good bracket! Easy to install and place a flat screen on. Would definitely buy again. There were three bad reviews about this product that almost stopped me from buying it: 1. The bracket is hard to extend. No it's not, it is not supposed to swing too easily, as it's holding a lot of weight. 2. People complain about the viewing angle being to tilted. There is an adjustment screw at the top of the bracket (if you mount it with the arrow up) 3. The bottom bolt on the two vertical straps is not very strong. It's not supposed to be, it is basically there to prevent the TV from unhinging from the bracket. If you move the TV by holding the outside edges it doesn't slide on the bracket when lightly tightened. Glad I ignored those reviews.

I can confirm that it can hold close to the 88lbs (assuming your wall can support it) and the double arms make it very nice to get the right angle (or angles if you intend on moving the tv often). The support bars on the tv also slide along the tray, so you can slide the tv almost a good 12" left or right, if you loosen the screws on the back (however it's tight getting a screwdriver in between tv and tray to loosen/tighten)
