I am generally satisfied with my purchase. Pros: - The design of the chair is aesthetically pleasing. - Assembly was straightforward. - It's pretty sturdy. - It encourages a more upright posture when sitting. - The rocking feature is a nice touch. Cons: - The "knee pads" are a bit hard/thin and can cause discomfort when you're on it for too long. - Use a proper screwdriver instead of the hex key that came with the box; that hex key stripped two of my screws.

Comfortable chair for me. Great customer service (chair was missing some installation hardware that was shipped quickly.

Assembly was easy enough. (Mine had holes re-drilled at manufacturer to fix a mistake but you don't see it when assembled) It is quite sturdy and it would be comfortable but I'm, it seems, way too short to use the chair. The cushions are not the right angle and my shins don't align but instead get cut at the bottom. In order to not put much weight on my shins I have to sit with my butt hanging over the edge of the seat. The chair is fine, but I'm 5'7 with a long torso…. I will need an adjustable one.
