I purchased 2 of these little fans. They are USB charged so I do not think they need to adhere to Canadian electrical regulation. There is no electrical ESA information on the device, which is likely due to it being a USB device and it does not plug in itself. The charge does not hold on 1 of them anymore after 2 months. They are whisper quiet, usually, one of them makes a clicking sound that is slight but annoying ( I always wear my headphones when I am using it). Otherwise, remote rechargeable fans that you can take to the beach if you want?! I take them on flights and use them to keep myself cool.

This is a great little fan that has 3 levels and lights up as well. You can hang it on the wall or use the stand to put on desk/dresser. I use it everyday when putting on my makeup. I have had it for over a year and it still works great!

Surprisingly these are more powerful then expected and can get a few good hours in a single charge. The light feature if a nice add as well.

Amazing fan, cordless. I bought 2. They both work, but only 1 will keep a charge on the battery. It only kept a charge for about 1 day.

Pas encombrant, léger et presque silencieux .

Fonctionne très bien. 3 vitesses.
