I'm impressed with the exceptional quality of the parts of this monitor arm. The assembly instructions provided are incredibly clear, making the setup process a breeze. I purchased two of these monitor arms and successfully mounted two monitors on them: a Benq EL2870U weighing 5.7 kg (12.57 lbs) and a Samsung U28E590 weighing 5.28 kg (11.64 lbs). The arms handle the weight effortlessly and work like a charm. However, I encountered a slight issue when attempting to position the Samsung monitor in portrait mode. Due to its older design with a non-centered mounting place (75x75), I couldn't achieve the portrait orientation without tightening the bolts, which I preferred not to do. It's a minor inconvenience but worth mentioning for potential buyers with similar monitors. I'd like to emphasize the importance of thoroughly reading and understanding the assembly instructions. By following them diligently, you're more likely to achieve successful results. As I've only been using these monitor arms for a few days, I can't speak to any potential long-term issues that may arise. I'll be sure to update you if any "surprises" occur. The price is very low! My guess is that the company is striving to establish itself in the market. I'm highly satisfied with my purchase. These monitor arms offer excellent quality at an unbeatable price point.

It is very compact and effective. It holds up my 27in IPS monitors perfectly. The adjustable range is fine. The look of this monitor arm is decent, doesn't look cheap.

Not bad for the price. Tension is not adjustable so pivot bolts have to be snugged up to adjust position.

Build quality was not great. The base was not assembled correctly which caused a pressure point on the RGB lighting PCB and the entire thing didn't sit flat -- had to take it apart and reassemble it. As a result, the RGB light didn't work at all. Also doesn't seem to hold the monitor angle well even though it's within the weight limit. Customer service was helpful and refunded the purchase.
