This is perfect, exactly what I wanted to replace my old laser printer I had for 16 years. I'd searched the stores for a long time looking for a similar machine to my old one, all had too many features I didn't need. Now I can hardly believe I have the printer I was searching for! This Moustache printer is a straightforward 'plug & print', and does a beautiful, clear, fast printout, & takes up little desk space. I'm more than happy with it.

I connected it to one of my router's USB ports and installed the driver to all of the computers in my house. It'd be nice if they registered the drivers with Microsoft Update to make the driver installation automatic, but I'm glad they put the ZIP file online because nobody has a CD-ROM around anymore (for the included driver). The toner felt pretty heavy, but I didn't see any documentation pertaining to how many pages to expect (assuming this is a "starter" toner). Fantastic value for the price paid and I am glad to know I can get Moustache brand toner when necessary (the most affordable option out there).

easy setup and worked great to the standard that I expected

Says one step installation. Can't set it up without adjusting some DLL files, which is not in the instructions & I don't know how to do. I made the mistake of calling early afternoon on Friday & couldn't get help. I requested to return the item but that didn't go anywhere. I have been ordering supplies for years but I guess that doesn't matter. Not good service or product..
