Tried this whole vacuum sealing system with the electric vacuum, bags, and containers to store a big ol' block of cheese! The bags were great for storing the block of cheese and keeping it fresh while still being able to open the bag, access the cheese, and reseal it over and over again. The hard containers came in really nicely when it came to storing the cheese in shredded form; using the bags there would've squeezed the shredded cheese into a big clump!

Work well if you have the pump that goes with them. We do have a vacuum sealer, but prefer this system when there’s not much to put away, because we don’t have to haul out the machine. The different sized bags in this box are very convenient and just enough for those odd non-batch sealing jobs. If there is liquid in whatever you’re sealing, you have to be careful not to overfill or you might end up sucking it up into the pump.
