Great mount for the price, I was able to integrate it easily into my smart home. Depending on the style of your tv, the lower part of the wall mount may be exposed when the tv is in the fully up position. The supplied instructions are not great in regards to vertical wall placement, you can go much lower than what they suggest, the supplied paper template was very helpful for lining up holes with studs.

This is a great product, fairly priced, that has really improved our lives.
