A nice, wide, practical chair. I chose this chair because it's rated for 320 pounds, but the seat, back, and armrest mounts are plastic, so I hope they don't break. I also think the foam padding on the seat and armrests will quickly wrinkle, as it's thin, so I'll give it a 4.

Excellent product, well made and comfortable. The ability to move the arms is a plus - in fact, I don't usually want arms, but these can be raised and lowered and, importantly, for me they are above the desk so do not get caught, even when in the down position. Highly recommend this chair.

Although the chair can be adjusted in height, it is meant for medium-sized people. I am 5'8". The lumbar support is too low, the armrest is too narrow, and the seat is not deep enough. I am very disappointed in my purchase.

Overall not bad at all for the price. The cushion feels fine for my weight at 180 lbs, but I can see it being uncomfortable for someone heavier. This is weird as the arms are quite far apart, and seat is quite wide, making me wonder if this chair is actually intended for big and tall people. Biggest complaint is the bolts are super low quality and get stripped easily.

Great chair!!

Everything was correct: the shipping was good, all the parts were included, and the assembly was easy. The only issue is the tilt/rocking function. It feels too locked most of the time, and I can rarely lean back in the chair even though I didn’t adjust or change anything.

This chair's tilt mechanism is designed to recline within a 90°-120° range, so it shouldn't feel locked. This can sometimes happen if the tilt-tension knob or lock lever underneath the seat is engaged. Please check that the lever isn't set to the locked position, as adjusting it should let you lean back smoothly.
