Prime Cables is the best!

Don V, British Columbia, 24 octobre, 2025

Placed an order and after receiving a copy of the order/invoice I noticed that the Billing Address was the same as the shipping address which is incorrect. I them immediately called the 1-866 number to correct the problem but was on hold for over 10 minutes (near end of day) so I requested a call back., I am assuming that because this is Friday at end of day, I will not receive a call until monday thus further delaying my order.

Difficult to be satisfied when you purchase ink a first time and it doesn't work out well at all. now purchasing another brand recommended by you for the same printer. but its more expensive. disappointing to realize that we cant rely equally on all the products provided in your catalogue. and that your recommendations lead to more expensive products.
