I want to bring to your attention an issue I am facing with my recent purchase from your store. I purchased new cartridges for my printer a while ago, but due to being away from home, I did not use the printer for some time. Recently, my daughter attempted to print something in color and noticed that the printer was not printing in color as it should be. At first, I thought I may have forgotten to replace the cartridges, but upon checking, I realized that I had indeed replaced them with new ones. Despite my efforts to clean the printer using the printer settings and maintenance features, the issue still persists and I am unable to print in color. I am reaching out to seek assistance in resolving this issue. I rely on my printer for various tasks and it is crucial for it to be functioning properly. I would appreciate any guidance or troubleshooting steps that you can provide to help me resolve this issue.
