I have been dealing with 123 for a number of years. At first I was cautious---you know putting an off brand ink cartridge into an expensive printer but WOW was I ever pleased not only with the prompt service but excellent quality cartridges (I get the G&G ones.) I even used their customer service dept for a question about printing. Again just superb service. In pleasant addition 123 is Canadian! You have a life time fan!

Prices are excellent. However if one makes a mistake, it is very difficult to go back and change it. That part is unclear and confusing. Please make it easier and simpler.
