So far, so good. Easy to order, will know more when I receive my order. Hoping it is the right toner cartridge and there will be no issues with it. But ordering and explanation of product good, seems to be a match. Prices are a lot cheaper then retail stores.

Checkout is confusing. Metro pickup confirmed. On the next page shipping charges are applied. On the next page shipping is shown without charge for Metro pickup. Need to be clearer from the first page that when Metro pickup is chosen there won't be a delivery charge.
